Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can! You can cancel an order up to 24 hours from the time of placing it. Any amount paid will be credited back to you in the same mode the payment was made. This may take up to 10 working days, so please bear with us.
We will not be able to cancel orders after the 24-hour period because your order will have been processed in that time frame.

Can I return my order?

Sure you can!
We understand that sometimes people just change their minds…

Items can be returned within one week of delivery. But we can only accept returned items if they are in their original condition, and are unopened with all tags/labels and packaging intact.
Refunds will be made once The Pet Project receives and checks the item and we know everything is in order. All refunds are in the form of store credit or product/size exchanges only. But there's no pressure: you can use the store credit up to six months after we receive and check the item.
In such cases, though, you are responsible for sending the items back to us. All items need to be shipped to the following address:

This also includes paying for the return shipping costs and the shipping costs for any to-be-delivered replacement items.
Unfortunately, no returns and exchanges can be accepted on certain items including beds, custom orders, bakery items, and all purchases made during clearance or sale. These items are considered final sale. We apologise for the inconvenience.

What if I’ve received the wrong item or the item is damaged in any way?

If we've shipped the wrong item or your item is defective in any way we would be more than happy to exchange it. We will have the parcel collected from you, and have the exchange product sent over at the earliest possible time.
Please get in touch with us at ‘‘ [email protected] ' within 48 hours of delivery so that we can help solve the problem as fast as possible.
Needless to say, all shipping costs in such cases will be borne by us.

Cancellation by The Pet Project :

At times, there may be orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. It’s not something we enjoy doing but have to reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order. This may be due to limitation on quantities of the product, errors in product pricing and information etc.
Sometimes we may also find ourselves in a situation where we may require additional verification or information before we can accept your order.
If such a rare situation arises when we do have to cancel your order or need further verification, we’ll be sure to contact you as soon as possible!
