What happens when I place an order?

You will receive an email upon your order being confirmed.
The Pet Project will deliver your goodie bag to the address you provided at the time of placing the order. It-’s your responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is correct. You cannot change your shipping address after placing the order unless otherwise expressly agreed to by The Pet Project. If you need to ship products to various/different addresses you will need to place multiple orders. One address an order please!

Where does the Pet Project deliver?

Although we try to deliver wherever you are located there might be a few places a little out of our reach. The Pet Project therefore does not guarantee the shipping and delivery of products all over India. You can check whether we deliver to your pin code on the product page before placing your order.

How long will my order take to reach me?

Depending on the product, The Pet Project will dispatch the order within 1 to 2 working days. Final delivery time will vary based on location.
The Pet Project will endeavour to adhere to the delivery timelines stated at the time of confirmation of the order. However, there might be circumstances beyond our control which may cause a delay in delivery. In such cases, The Pet Project shall ensure delivery in the earliest possible timeframe.

How will I know my order has been shipped?

An email will be sent to you after the order is shipped. Please keep it as it contains the tracking number and details of the service provider.

A couple of things to note:

We will try our hardest to get the order to you but The Pet Project reserves the right to cancel the order if there have been more than three failed attempts at delivery due to the fault of the buyer. On such a rare occasion, your payment will be refunded back to you in accordance with the Refund Policy of The Pet Project.
We will ship all products with their respective invoices. But in rare cases where an invoice is not received with your delivery, please e-mail us at [email protected] mentioning the order reference number and we will have one sent to you right away.
